From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a welcoming and proud staff member who made us feel right at home. the attention to detail in the decor of the ship was impeccable, with nods to its 1920s art deco theme found throughout. Our air conditioned cabin was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a luxurious bed and the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the surprise swans and rose petals on Valentine's Day to the delicious continental breakfast served in the bridge bar. I was particularly impressed by the dining options available nearby, with the Shore offering a fantastic selection of restaurants within walking distance. In terms of amenities, the free toiletries provided in our room were high quality and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture on the terrace was a lovely touch for enjoying the view. Overall, my experience at Ocean Mist was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem of a hotel.
